Arnold Palmer’s fabled swing is world renowned. His signature helicopter finish may be what most people remember, but there are many other moves we should take note of, as this video from the Somax Performance Institute explains.

The King was long – really long. That massive coil and fast hip movement unleashed some mammoth drives, including the famous strike in the 1960 US Open.

Palmer drove the first green at Cherry Hills, hitting an outrageous 346-yard drive. Today’s pros tried to re-create the shot with persimmon drivers in 2014, but were nowhere near matching the feat.
