Nike Golf has revealed that it wanted its latest SasQuatch Sumo and Sumo 2 (square) drivers to have a loud distinctive sound at impact.
Said a spokesman: "We had the option of dampening the sound a bit but decided against it. We want the drivers to get all the attention on the local range and feel the sound sets it apart from other drivers."
