White Steel 2-ball putter

Six new White Steel putters have been added to Odyssey’s range – including a couple of 2-ball models - alongside seven news designs of the Dual Force 2 series. All eight clubs should be available from Callaway and Odyssey outlets from this week.

Additions to the best-selling 2-ball putter line are the streamlined White Steel 2-Ball Blade 2 and the 2-Ball Mid long-shafted version with recommended prices of £149 and £179 respectively.

Four of the new White Steel putter models – the No.2, No.3 and No.5 centre-shafted and Rossie – will be exclusively right-handed costing £89 and will incorporate a milled, stainless steel plate within the main urethane insert.

Dual Force Rossie

The Dual Force 2 putters have an ‘advanced Stronomic insert’ claimed to be softer and more resilient than the original black insert introduced in 1994. Odyssey says its inserts, which are lighter than steel, help improve balance and back-weighting by re-positioning mass from the putter face to the perimeter of the putter head assisting forgiveness and roll.

The Dual Force 2 putters will be available in seven models for right-handed golfers and two (No.1 and No.5) for left-handers, all with a recommended price of £69.
