Looking for a new driver and don't want to play more than sixty quid for it? Ram, Europe’s leading value golf brand, claims it has found the answer, with the launch of its latest Ram SDX 2 driver in 2010.
The makers say the SDX 2 builds on the performance benefits of the original SDX to bring 'new levels of performance and forgiveness' to a driver with a £59.99 price tag.
The traditionally-shaped 460cc Titanium head is designed to promote confidence and provide maximum distance even strikes that or off-centre. Ram says it has utilised enhanced perimeter weighting to maximise MOI and energy transfer to the ball to generate extra distance and more forgiveness.
Powered by Ram’s ultra-lightweight graphite shaft, the SDX2 driver is available in 10.5- , 12- and 14-degree models for men and 12 and 14 degrees for women. Look out soon for fairways models.
