Nikon Coolshot AS

It’s not just a time of the year for new equipment and apparel as the distance-measuring device market is swelling too.

Building upon the success of its Coolshot laser rangefinder of 2012, Nikon has launched the Coolshot AS – a high performance model with improved accuracy.

The Coolshot AS not only measures distance to the hole quickly and accurately but utilises the brand’s angle compensation technology to account for the height of the target, providing both the actual horizontal and slope-adjusted distance within a range of 11 to 600 yards.

This compact (113 x 39 x 70mm), lightweight (175g; without battery) and waterproof device also comprises a dual Target Priority Switch system combining First Target and Distant Target, as well as a bright LED illuminated display – perfect in difficult lighting conditions.

Nikon Coolshot AS is available at recommended retail price £399.99 in black/lime yellow. For more information visit www.nikongolf.co.uk
