Challenging recognised boundaries without breaking existing dress codes - that's the task Ping Collection has set itself for its autumn and winter range of clothing in a bid to appeal to a wider variety of golfers.

Contemporary fashion has usually been the norm within recognised restrictions of dress code but the company has decide it wants to try something 'a little bit different' with its Aruba trousers featuring 'cargo pockets, displaced side seams and ergonomic panelling.'

Made from 100% polyester with a brushed mesh half lining and a UV coating, Ping says the trousers are warm and wind resistant, too, in a choice of citrus green, grey or black the recommended price is £50.

Ping Collection has also launched a padded Keira gillet for women, featuring a soft satin lining, stud fastening front and side, two zipped front pockets and a large back storage pocket. Cloud, scarlet and black are the three colour options with a recommended price of £46.

Says Ping Collection's Anthony Little: “We have taken something that in some hands is a pretty basic garment and have added all sorts of features that will enhance its appeal, both on and off the golf course.”
