Ping's latest collection of iWi series putters feature interchangeable tungsten sole weights, designed to allow the golfer to customise their own equipment to their putting stroke and the conditions they most regularly play.
Engineers have utilized a 17-4 stainless steel body, 304 stainless steel face and moveable tungsten sole weights to create, what Ping describes as 'the ultimate in putter performance.'
The iWi putters come as standard with two 12-gram weights. However, an optional weight kit (sold separately) includes two 20-gram and two 28-gram weights to allow players to achieve their own custom fit for a preferred feel. If you prefer more mass towards the heel or toe to match your stroke you can insert a 20- or 28-gram tungsten weight but there are nine weight combinations.
The iWi putters have a satin finish with polished sole weights featuring vibrant yellow highlights and come with a matching head-cover. the putters are available in a variety of classic and new Ping designs including Half Craz-E, Anser, B60 and D66 Zing with a recommended price of £120, with the Craz-E costing £140. Tungsten weight kit costs £39.
