Are there any custom fitting centres in the east midlands worth trying?

Can be specific to a certain brand or an independent club fitter!

Yes.

Trent Lock GC in Nottingham has a very good custom fitter and you have a wide choice of kit but predominantly Ping and Taylor Made. The guy takes his time and gets you well fitted. He also likes to know how you are going on after you receive your clubs and provides good after care.

Ping HQ at Gainsborough would be a good start Snake.

Thanks guys, just emailed ping hq to see about a fitting, also gonna take a trip to trent lock this weekend and have a look around.

Any idea on what the choice of shafts are like at ping for drivers and woods? do they just stock the standard ping ones or do they have other makes?
