 Hi Trialists, We have uploaded the new US course database earlier today (more than 30,000), would be interested to hear your comments on finding courses which you may have played / heard of as a way of testing how user friendly the system is. Any feedback much appreciated. I have made some progress this week with regrads the Uk course database, but still not finalised the deal.  Would really be good to have this info for UK obviously, my uncle frequents South carolina, your list just found him a ton of courses to play at!
These are all minor, adding wild cards (*,?) seems to make the search fail, I figured out that by just putting part of the name it worked fine (i.e. "ST" found carnoustie and st andrews, but doing this in the USA list returned too many results to be useful..?) but if you were struggling with spelling could cause a larger list than you want?
Also I was unsure about the courses I have entered? Do they get added to the list or am I the only one who can use these? No worries, just that it was bold when I found it? And wondered if this cast doubt into the accuracy of the other courses entered by users?
For searches with multiple pages (for instance if you search for all courses in a region) page number hyperlinks would be nice in the results so if I know a course in arazona starts with a Z i dont have to keep hitting next to get to the last page, similar to "Page -First- 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 -Last-" instead of (or in addition to) <Prev 20 Next 20>

 It may also be nice if, on the search page, the required field for country defaulted to your home country ? (In the same way your equipment defaults) Should be on most people profiles i would have thought?

 Is there a way to save a course from the database into the My courses list to create a personal list of courses that I use most often?

 Hi Cheers big ears, Great feedback already ! many thanks. You can search by using a couple of starting characters in the course title then the % sign. Course you enter go in your 'My Courses' area only. Defaulting country search is a good idea, had not thought of that! Personal list is not possible at present but could be something we add at a later date, should be quite easy will discuss with programmers. Regards Chris www.strokeaverage.com

 If you are out, they will leave a card with details of where to collect the package from. Try to get there early if you have to collect, as the queues are likely to be very busy - my Dad had to wait over 30 minutes at the Post Office yesterday!

 Hi Chris, I've now added my review. It has been really enjoyable taking part in the Trial and I will continue to use the site, as it is recommended by both Surrey Golf and James Heath - plus of course, the fact that I think it so good myself. I'm trying to persuade my Dad to use it as well now, so that we can compare results! Cheers, Ben
