i was asked about what do i think about the depresion and was trying to point out that was not the only way they are losing people or players

ive heard of more in the same situation but dont rely no them personaly so havent included them

this person i have listed is a grown up

and also show that it dosent mater what race they are or there handy cap

what harm is it to say yes you can come round with us and play

it is the negative responce by other members or clubs i was geting at the person i no was waiting to go round with some one for three hours in the reception

in the end he just packed in and said ive had enouth

Do we have an interpreter on this forum?

I went to bed last night with the English language as my mother tongue, and on waking this morning it appears that Gibberish has taken over.

Does anyone have a clue what this thread is about?

You don't always need someone to play with. I've played by myself quite a lot in the last two weeks.

I want to be an astronaut but no-one will let me fly in their spaceship. I've written to Steve Zodiac but to no avail.

What should I do, Glenn ?

And if your social skills were better maybe you would have someone to play with.

What on earth are you on about?

enisalls?

You seem to know sod all about golf yet keep rabbiting on in some kind of weird language that only you understand, talking what appears to be crap.

Glen........ before this turns into a slanging match with some on here just a question for you.

Are you dyslexic?.......If you are (and my wife is, so I can understand the problems) then let people on here know and we will bear with your spelling.

If not then you badly need to learn to spell as the posts have already said, that puts a lot of people off trying to read and understand what you are trying to say.

Well at least im not the worst on here no more !. Lol knew it would not be long before someone else took the Ass spot.

Golf is a group game and I love playing with other people. But the only reason I got into golf was because im 250 miles away from home and I dont know a sole so just play golf by my self. It is good for me and there is some times always someone wanting to play 3-4 holes with me and my 280Y drive after nearly hitting them

You can play golf on your own or with a group. If i get a spare few hours during the week and no one is available i will just go out on my own and either play using 2 balls if no-one else is on the course or just go round on my own, there is also the option of asking people if they would mind you playing in their group if there are less than 4 of them, i've done this on many occasions and had an enjoyable time and met some new people. You also have the option of speking to your golf pro at the club and asking if they have any memebers who would mind you joining them for a game, there are some usual suspects at most clubs who are more than happy to play with anyone who is willing just for the sake of some company on the course.

MELSOME is FULSOME in a strangely hypnotic and ludicrous way.

His English reminds me of a "celebrity"(a true one) episode of Morecambe and Wise, with Andre Previn conducting the LSO where Eric was "playing the right notes but not necessarily in the right order"although Melsome plays mostly bum notes too!

What I singularly fail to understand is why he ventured onto GM in the first place. I will now take Creo's advice.

I quite often play by myself in the evenings after work (blimey that does sound a bit dodgy!). Quite often I'll catch up to the people in front and ask if I can join. Met quite a few people this way. I have found that you quite often see the same people the next week etc.

I do also like the peace of playing on my own, means that I can think about the shot and even try a couple of options if there is no-one behind me. I use it like on course playing practice. If you've always wondered if you can reach the green in two on a par 5, then there's nothing stopping you dropping a ball beside your current in play ball and having a go, you don't learn if you don't try after all.

I can understand Glenns posts, but I do have to put my mind in think like a kid texting mode!
