Anyone seen a Ladies Hawkeye 3-wood on sale anywhere el cheapo?

I'd prefer a Hawkeye 3-wood, but would consider a Steelhead Plus 3-wood. I think the Hawkeye goes longer than the Steelhead Plus range (I have a Steelhead 5-wood and Hawkeye 7-wood and they go more or less the same distance).

Do any of you men think the Hawkeye series are longer than Steelhead Plus?

Anyway, if anyone sees a good price, or a second hand one for sale - pls can you give me the nod. Ta.

Flippin Nora! I rang Nevada Bob's and they quoted £349 for the Hawkeye 3wood - ahhhhh! Any advance on that?

Dear Santa Claus...it's coming up to your season and I've been a very good girl. Suzie x

Does your boyfriend like golf Suzanne? If so, maybe he'll be sympathetic towards splashing out on a new club??
Show/hide user stats
ah-hem, well yes he loves golf. If he could get me one thro his contacts that would be even better.

R U reading this my darling...? lol :-)

...shucks, no response. He's obviously gone blind, or dumbstruck.

Perhaps it could have something to do with splashing out on our new motor. Too much spending in one week! Of course, from a girls point of view, you can never spend too much in a week, but there you go.

Alex/Bob, if your Callaway folks need anyone to test this ladies club just yell.

Bob? said Alex, quickly passing the buck.

Thanks Omar, I've just had a look at that site. There's a couple of well used looking Hawkeye's but some newer ones too that could save me about £80.

Have you bought anything on this website Omar? I'm a bit concerned about putting my credit card details in and giving consent for them automatically deducting costs etc..

Suzanne,
I've both bought some stuff from these guys, but never via their website, their shop is based just outside Wimbeldon, and as I don't work too far from there I usually pop in every now and again. They're a good bunch of guys, you shouldn't have any problems buying stuff from them over the Net.

A hawkeye is definitely out of the equation, I am afraid an Alfa GTV 2.0 V6 Turbo took precedence, didn't it Suzie?

Might be a ble to get a Ping 3-wood from the Tour! FOC

Anyway, why have a Hawk Eye when you hit your other three wood perfectly well! (or am I just being tight!)

Where do you put the clubs in an Alpha GTV?
Good car but crap for a golfer.
Suppose the back seat just has to stay down and then they're on display and likely to get nicked, damaging the car in the process.

Sell the Alpha, buy a Ford and a Callaway Hawkeye ladies 3 wood I say.

Ah, the space issue. Funny you should say that Al, but it was one of the first things I said!

Fortunately we have another car with a big enough boot to get both our sets of clubs in - so no probs. Martin'd kill me if I tried to sneak the clubs in the back of the Alfa! Lordy Lordy, Heaven forbid.

So, with that problem solved...it just leaves question of the Hawkeye 3wood. Patience my dear, I suppose.

BUY THE GOOD LADY,THE CALLAWAY.

cheers Clive! ...but me thinks I've probably got more chance of beating Laura Davies in a longest drive competition. hhhhmph

As Alan suggests, you could p/e the Alfa for a nippy Mondeo, and buy yourself a full set of Callaways with the change. Job done.

Alex, you leave me out of this...I'm not getting involved in family squabbles.
However, I did take my clubs down to the showroom to ensure they would fit into my company car a d few years back. How sad is that? Now I've got an Avensis with a cavernous boot in which I can get a fourball quite comfortably. Their clubs go on the back seat!
Show/hide user stats
wot's that Bob? u put the fourball in the boot so the clubs can fit on the back seat?!! Remind me never to get a lift from you then...

Suzanne, just rub it in a bit more about the Callaway clubs.Ive just bought the 3wood and driver for my wife for christmas, idid let her try the driver and shes at least 20 yards longer from the tee.A shrewd investment me thinks!.
