As some of you might know the leg of my Swilken Bag broke recently, so at the suggestion of assistant Pro at my club, i emailed Swilken to ask if there was anything they could do.

Neil Martin of Swilken promptly replied, saying that if i sent the bag back he would have a look at it.
Please note i won the bag in Bunkered Magazine so did not have a receipt but this did not pose a problem to Neil.

I received a call this morning (Monday - having posted the bag on Thursday) from Neil.
He was extremely polite and after discussing the merits of the bag and the fact that he had never seen a broken leg on any of his bags, he offered to replace the bag free of charge. He even said they tried to break the other but couldn't!

Neil even agreed to let me upgrade the bag to the bigger size when they arrive back in stock in my preffered 'Swilken Tartan' :)
This is their patented plaid which got me plenty of positive comments when playing in spain late last year.

So i just wanted to post to let you know about my very positive experience with Swilken.
