i emailed them today about my returned 360 (see other thread) and surprise suprise they now request proof of posting because they never arrived! Having spoken to them on the phone i expected this and so its lucky i posted them special delivery!

I run my own business and customer service is the most important thing.
But i have never come across a shoddier (sp?) firm. I wonder who owns the company and if he/she knows how badly run it is.
If it were me i would like to know!

I echo MisterS3's warning.
Scottsdale robbed me of £250 for a driver they never delivered.
It got so I lost the will to live over it and eventually just gave up and wrote it off as experience of life.
