I have a callaway Forged+ Vintage Finish wedge.How do I maintain it to minimise rusting but still keep the spin factor?

I think its a fact rust does make no difference to the average player and I no pros that spin the ball back 10ft + with rust free clubs for fun, to maintain the condition of the club I keep mine lightly coated with wd40
