Something like that anyway.
The advice was to support the foot around the painful area, so maybe add felt all around but NOT under the painful bone. Effectively the rest of the foot supports you and takes away the pressure.

I'm a new convert to the Tour 360s myself. Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. Even got a phone call a few Fridays back to go into work and do a half hour job. Seeing as how my playing partner had slept in, I threw the clubs and trolley in the boot, jumped into the car, drove to work, done my work, got back in the car, arrived back at the golf club, and had hardly realised I never took my 360s off before going into work. I previously wore Footjoys. I won't be switching in a hurry.
