Anyone use Stuburt shoes. Planning on getting new shoes after christmas and hadn't really noticed these before. New range looks pretty lovely, esp the Helium Pro and HE. Any idea of the price of these also?

I won a pair of Stuburt shoes courtesy of Golfmagic after adding a review to this site.

I can say I would have probably not bought a pair as like most I am swayed towards the bigger brand names. I have worn them through the winter months and they are superb. They are the most comfortable shoes I have worn and are 100% waterproof, even in the worst weather. When these wear out I will be buying another pair. They retail for a lot less than the likes of Footjoys and Adidas so give them a go.

Thanks Frogmella. Next problem is I can't locate a shop around Edinburgh that stocks them. The website mentions AGD who don't, and two other shops since closed. The online shops mentioned opposite mostly don't although the ones that do stock Stuburt only seem to have the cheaper Pro Am II where I am looking to spend @ £80 - 100. I could try fleabay but I'm reluctant to buy golf shoes without seeing or trying them on.

I bought a pair of combi lite just on price alone. I have used them for the last 8 months and find them excellent, they were comfortable from the first and have remained so. They have never let me down in the wet. I would recomend them.

Direct golf UK stock Stubert.

But direct golf and others only seem to stock the older style or the cheaper Pro Am shoes. I was hoping to find the new shoes mentioned on their website.

I wear the Profiles which at the moment retail for £29.99 on one web site. Brilliant and totally waterproof and comfortable.....bargain

Try some of the golf outlets you find in the Edinburgh Woolen Mills or The Golf Company. They usually stock Stuburts.

Got to say the new Stuburt Helium Pro is an absolute corker of a shoe. Looks great and feels even better. I hear it should be in shops this month (March) and sales will be brisk as the Darren Clarke and David Howell sponsorship has really taken off.

visit www.heliumpro.com to see some great 3d tours of the shoe.

Cheers Shakey for the update and pm. I may treat myself to a summer pair!

I wear Stuburt shoes - but need 1/2 size larger than in other makes.

Mine were spot on for size, I am a size 11 and they fit great. Worn all winter and still like new, I had dry and comfortable feet all winter.

Same as Taz - needed 1/2 size larger, (whereas Etonics were 1/2 size smaller)
