Has anyone used a Koolabanda to keep you cool when playing in the summer or in warm climates, as I did last week,in Morrocco? A friend brought some along to try out. They are like ties, you soak one in water for a couple of minutes, put it on (worn around the neck like a tie) and it really does help keep you cool all day. It only took a couple of minutes to soak up and once its on is so unobtrusive you forget its there. They can be reused.
Has anyone else tried one? My friend bought them online (www.koolabanda.com) but I've not seen any in the shops.

I have never used a Koolabanda but I can imagine what it is like.

I was in Phoenix last August playing golf with my son and at a couple of the courses they come round with small towels that were soaking in ice cold mango scented water for you to put round your neck - made a huge difference.
