I'm looking for the same thing. Yesterday I popped in to Southfields Drivind Range which is on the Long Crendon Road out of Thame.
Had a good chat with one of the pros who talked me through the process, which is basically to match the shaft type to your swing and then worry about the head. They use launch monitors and computers as well to help.
It is free if you buy the kit which seems to cost the same as off the internet anyway. The other one I've seen is Abingdon golf store, but at least at the range you hit balls outside.
I'm going to get some irons fitted soon.
