I bought a pair of Classics for Christmas this year, and the pair i got are Uggggggggllllyyyyyy, they're brown and not like the normal classic shape,

so..

i was wondering what is the best way to send them back to foot joy fault wise? As they come with a two year garauntee, what does that cover?

Cos if i do get a new pair sent back i'll see if our pro will let me swap them for some Real fit or alike.

Any advise on what to do would be greatly appreciated!!

As good as Footjoy's guarantee is, I think vanity is in the eyes of the beholder and I don't think Footjoy guarantees against Ugggggllllyyyyy.

You bought them and now you think they're ugly!!

Did you not look at them first?

If you haven't worn them, why not just return them

Of course i've worn them!

yes i did look at them first, and both of you don't get it do you? ha

What i'm askin is has anyone had problems with their shoes before to warrant sending them back and what was the problem? i.e leaking

What size feet have you got? I've got a pair of Footjoy Classics, Size 9, worn twice, black, classic brogues. Yours for 125 pounds + p&p.

I once had a pair of Gel fusions returned as I was getting problems wih my left forefoot. They were returned on the basis that I'd never got that problem wearing other shoes before.

I'll state now that it was not a con, my pro advised me to do it and arranged it all as I genuinely was getting a foot problem.

I can't see what kind of test they could have done as the shoes looked perfect in every way, no faults could be found visually or just by feeling them.

Anyway, outcome was that Footjoy just issued a credit to the dealer which let me chose a new pair.
