Bionic glove for me,by far the best glove
ive recently switched from fj's sciflex to mizuno's exoflex, bit dearer but worth every penny in my book particularly as i tend to grip a little too firmly on occasion.
Does the Exoflex really work, or is it just a gimmick?
seems to work well for me, the big give away is the wear patterns on the glove, i get far more wear out of the exoflex that any other glove ive tried (and ive tried a few!). heel pad and thumb are always the first places to go with me, i simply dont get that with the exoflex, you really have to work hard to grip too hard with one on.

I used to use the Mizuno pro leather (or whatever they changed the name to) but now have swapped to the Bionic.
funnily enough ive never liked any of mizuno's other gloves much but i do find the exoflex to be excellent.
I`ve used Mizuno perma soft for a year, then tried FJ sciflex didnt like them at all. I`ve been using the new R7 glove for a few months now, and must say i do like them. seem to last a couple more rounds than the others and keep its grippyness better to.

Tesco Leather glove - just like a Titleist pro, cheap as chips! Do not get a Tesco all - weather they are garbage.

I got a leather glove from tesco and used it today, have to say I was quite impressed with it, very sticky and looks to be , after one round, pretty well made but mine were four pounds forty, did you haggle for yours Harry?

Which ever glove you choose get a white one. Theres less dye in them so there more subtle and dont harden as quick ( I used to work with inks and dyes ), plus your less likley to have a coloured hand at the end of your round if get wet or your hand sweats.

I'm with Harry Putter, the Tesco gloves are excellent value for money. Initially I used to wear the footjoy gloves which I liked but i'd wear them out far too quickly and at a tenner a pop it was crazy. A couple of people mentioned the tesco glove so I thought what they heck and got one. They really surprised me. Excellent grip, nice shape, comfortable and they seem to last OK. I think I pay about £3 for them.

No glove at all for me! i used one when i started (as i thought that I was "supposed to") but once i tried playing without one (and noticed no difference at all) I thought great, thats plenty of cash saved.

same as Lawman , I'm a non-glove player as well ... have never seen the point in using one ?
 Aw c'mon you gotta have a glove ..... it's a rule
they're pointless though aren't they ? it's one of those golfing items (among a long list) where you wonder why people bother , especially at the price many of them are

I use the Srixon Carbretta. Very comfortable, last quite well and I can get 3 for £15 so not a bad price either.
i just ordered 4 tesco leather gloves.£13.81 and thats with next day del.never used them before, but at the same price as a titlest players glove which i normally use,its got to be worth a go.

Scoopa Yes thats them, one thing I will say is I don't have large hands but had to buy large as the medium was a little on the small side, I think you've got to try them on.Can't be that bad I had my best ever round with my new one on Sunday, nuff sed.....
