Hello all..

First time post so hello.. again..

I am looking for some new waterproof trousers, but really dont want to be spending a fortune.. lets face it.. if the weathers that bad.. I probably wont go out..!

I want to spend about 40 quid..ish. I have shortlisted it to Sunderland Club II's or the new Woodworm waterproofs.

I have no experience of the Woodworm range.. so anyone who has used them or knows them, I would be greatful for your input.

Any other suggestions / reviews of anything else thats not gonna break the bank, but keep me dry would be great.

Cheers..

Andy

Hiya

I just went and got some windproof, waterproof walking trousers from one of the outdoor shops (I think it was Millets) and they only cost me £25.  I've worn them in the drizzle and rain before and whilst they are not perfect against torrential thunderstorms if you want something to keep you dry when its mistly or light drizzle these are fine for me.

I posted a similar thread recently and got some good recommendations - ended up going to a big Nevada Bobs and  trying on loads of different makes. Settled on the Proquip Silk Touch.  Got them for £70 from affordablegolf.co.uk

I'm looking for the same, but extra long!

Do any of the above suggestions have 36+ inside leg? (I usually only use specialist tall shops)
