It's always great when a man can buy a gift for his wife and the gift ends up being "perfect"!
Funny thing is I bought the first one but then a week or so latter... another one showed up UPS LOL. That's when I knew I bought the best birthday gift ever. Who knows maybe she just liked the name SassyGolf.

Stephen

Please guys if you get her one drop a note in this thread to let me know what kind of reaction you got.  thanks

Yep these "ads" are getting more and more subtle!

Ian, now your being cynical surely as Stephen's first ever post he much more likely to recomend a stlylish gift for Valentines week rather than just say hi or how can I correct my slice.

Stephen, did UPS bringing another glove really make you laugh out loud ? if so I think you should get out more or at least write better copy

.....but his wife is pretty!

Noticed that, in a Felicity Kendall kind of way

Now the ad should read

"if you buy nice trinketts like these, you too can have a pretty grinning wife"

If my husband bought me one of those gloves I'd probably throw it at him lol.  They're soooooo

girly ina 36 handicap sort of way!  (Sorry all you 36 handicappers, nothing personal).

Real golfers wear real gloves.

No offence taken LGL  BTW I only wear Footjoy gloves in anticipation of a handicap cut

Glad you said that LGL, cos my wife would just hate those gloves. Some golf gimmicks need drowning at birth and these things are right up there on that list!

Good girl Steph - whole point of the game for me is to cut my handicap.  Can't stand the women golfers that I know who "like a shot a hole".  Makes me mad.

You'll get there, just keep playing and practising.

Spot on...wouldnt insult my wife with one of those gloves!

I dont think this is the kind of thread response Stephen was hoping for, perhaps it will encourage other would be advertisers to use the proper channels or perhaps its just because it is just a poor offering with no "real golfer" market appeal

My missus wouldn't look at stuff like that, and quite rightly to.

This product would be ideal for Dragon's Den - they'd rip it to shreds.
