Mine's standing unassisted in the garage with a full set of clubs, which it swallowed with ease - and everything about it looks bulletproof, especially the definitive strap system

i wouldn't worry too much happytab, a golf bag was never responsible for a good score. All stand bags are a compromise between weight/size/practicality anyway.

a lot of my mates have moved away from them and towards either a dirty great tour bag on a trolley, or a proper pencil bag 9or a combination of both.

I go with the pencil, but only becasue i am too cheap to shell out on a big bag and trolley.

Yeah I would love a Big bag now I have carried my clubs around for a few rounds. But I am 21 and carrying at this stage is not the end of the world. Will wait till I had this about 5 year and then might think about changing. Always got a cart bag that I got with clubs if needs be. Looks rubbish but it is brand new and got a few more pockets so could use it with a rented trolley.

Are your floors level!!?

mine stands unaided no probs, full compliment of clubs and kit

Alan,

If my floors are out then the floors are out wherever I have been so far - the bag refuses to stand up on its base wherever I have put it. Maybe mine is slightly warped or something, who knows.

As for you comment about what I was expecting, I guess I just get frustrated with bad design or bad workmanship - in this case the bag is irritating me no end because it won't stand up and it is not really big enough for my clubs.

I have a right to be unhappy - it shouldn't reflect on your enjoyment of this bag. If yours is big enough and stands up then lucky you. Mine doesn't unlucky me.

Whoa,,  Calm down tongue in cheek humour (i thought!!)

if your unhappy with it thats what refund policies are for

maybe you just got a friday afternoon bag.

then off to your local pro shop where you can test one out prior to buying!

didn't mean to offend!!
