I am after a rescue to replace my 3 and 4 iron, i think i have decided around 22 degree is suitable.

But the big question is which one?? i have read all the reviews and still can't decide.

My dilema is many seem to be set up for a draw shot / and help cure a fade/slice.  My natural shot is a draw and am worried that a draw biased club will make me hook the ball.  I know that some have moveable inserts to achieve a neutral status, but do these really work?

Are there any trualy neutral clubs other than mega expensive ones??

Just get down the range and try a few out, what suits one person may not suit another, ask your pro for a non offset model that may help,if its any help I suffer from the left hand of the fairway too and now play titleist as they have little or no offset.Genrally the taylormade TP versions have no offset either.

this is v. similiar to several other threads on clubs.

try the benross range.  just bought a benross velo ct 23* to replace 3/4 iron.  best rescue club i've tried  and the best price.  works like a dream and comes with a "pured" shaft"

Do me a favour 9iron, do what Dandy don said.........TYR BEFORE YOU BUY........

Other wise, could buy the Taylormade Burners 19/3 & 22/4 if they don't work for you, let me know when your listing them on Ebay

Ones to try:

Benross

Ping G10

TM Burners

Cobra Baffler

Sure you will find something out of such a short list

Right........ Did it!

Tried a few down my local range which also carries older stock!!

So i tried ...............

TM rescue Dual

TM Burner

Cleveland Halo

Cleveland Hibore

Ping G10

I decided in the end on a TM Rescue Dual 22* regular steel with the weights swapped for a neutral shot (heavy one on toe / light on heal)

Very happy to be honest they all performed well - but with this being the older model at cheaper price i went for it.

My bag is now sorted!
