....................Just got back from a local Cobra demo day.

Well i'm now in love with the L4V X Driver! out of them all i just loved the feel and distance from it, a couple were one bounce then hitting the end of the range!!

The only problem is the cost of it £250.

 At the moment i have a Ping G5 with the stock regular shaft but this cobra had the stiff Mitsubishi Diamana Red Board 62g X/Speed Tuned.

I was hitting this really well, but  i always thought i hit the ping well??

does anyone know an equivalent shaft to the one in the cobra? and could it be put in the G5?

As i haven't really got the funds to get a new driver!

The next best driver i tried was the speed pro D with the Aldila VS Proto stiff shaft.

Am also now thinking i should have got my TM rescues in stiff shafts ............ Doh!
