Just want to give as it says above a Pat on the Back to Golfcraft , I ordered a set of Wedges from them on the 10th of June , They are a Cheap set of Acer Professional Open series 690 Wedges 52. 56 .60 deg , with 10 .12 . 16 deg of Bounce, unfortunately Royal Mail lost the first set Graham made for me , every e mail was answered in minutes and I was kept informed at all times, Graham even made another set just to ensure I got what I had paid for , its not often in this day and age you find someone who goes out of his way to provide a first Class Service like Golfcraft have given me.

I picked up the Parcel at Leigh Sorting office as I was out when they tried Delivering them , where was I ?, I was at Leigh sorting Office Complaining about a lost Parcel and a late Delivery of the Second set . doh!

Pity Royal Mail don't run their business like Golfcraft does, Thanks Graham and Golfcraft for a first class service.

Sham

(now its up to this monkey to make the Clubs work, they look and feel the BIZ! which is half the battle)

Sham, out of interest, how long did Golfcraft take to ship/deliver your wedges?

They seem to be dragging their heels a little (comparitively) and haven't replied to my emails!!

Well I have to say they do NOT get a pat on the back from me, I'd go as far as to say 'DON'T' use them!!

I was not particuarly impressed in the first place as the reply I got to an email enquiring about a couple of wedges was not very helpful.  I had asked for opinions on two wedge heads for feel, spin, etc and was told that they both play well, and no wedge will be as forigiving as an iron (thanks for that!!).  I'd also asked what shafts and grips were used for standard make up, but was not told.

I went ahead and ordered one anyway.  A few days later I had received nothing, so I emailed them asking how the order was going.  No reply.

A couple of days later I emailed again, and was then replied to about 10hrs later saying that there had been a problem processing my order and so had been cancelled!!!???

So basically if I had not contacted them they would not even have told me!!  And it took two emails!!  No apology, no offer to re-order.

This very poor service is enough to put me off, and if you look at the few negatives they have via ebay, they are all related to long delivery times, missed orders, etc where they had not contacted the buyers.

Their loss anyway, I'll be buying some Malty heads from Golfworks now!!

I enquired with GolfCraft about some components and got pretty poor communication back, so I won't be bothering with them. Didn't give me any confidence.
