Got to try the new Mizuno MP52 irons yesterday and boy I had forgotten how sweet a forged iron can feel, been playing Cobras for the the last couple of seasons now. The cobra carbon cb's which have helped me no end to improve my iron play but after hitting ther new MP25's I do get that urge to go back to a forged iron again.

The Mizunos were top drawer for looks and for feel but found the ball flight a bit too high which I was surprised me, I will certainly be giving them another go with maybe with a shaft that should produce a more penetrating flight.

Now I can't wait till all the other manufactureres get their new irons out so I can get on the launch monitor to see if anything can replace the King Cobra's.
