Just moved from Pro V1's to the newer Bridgestone Tour 330's. Same distance off the tee, but a better feel and spin around the green. The ball feels great off the putter as well. While not cheap, they are a bit less than the Pro V's and provide equal to superior performance. My only beef is that they seem to scuff easily, or it could just be me hitting too many trees. Overall, I would recommend trying these.

I was just about to say I will be getting some in Florida for around $35-$40 but that seems dear compared to Mark's local shop.

Edwin Watts were clearing off Taylormade TP Black and Red's at $14.99 per Dozen.  That works out about £8 per dozen.

Check out the one on Turkey Lake Road and the Clearance Centre on I-Drive

BoB, now thats my kind of price. And my very astute wife changed up a couple of grand a few months ago when the exchange rate was at $2 to the £1.

I am not sure if you can buy them here yet but the bridgestone B330-RX ball seem to be going done well with american's that have played either the B330 or the B330-S or switched from PRO-V1 .

The softer S version of the B330 is a gem.

For those wanting to spend less, consider the E6+. These are selling for $25 a dozen and are a very nice ball. I picked up a suitcase full on my last trip to the USA a few weeks back

I was thinking about trying the E6+ , i take it this ball is abit longer than the B330 but doesnt spin as much ?

I found a Bridgestone B330-S today and played a few holes with it.

First impressions are that it felt a little harder than I would prefer but I can say that it stopped very quickly on the green (which I normally struggle to do), seemed not to be deflected greatly by the wind, and also putted true.

Not sure I could use one that firm but would consider trying some B330-RX  as they are meant to be slightly softer and more suited to my swing speed.

Other than that, fancy trying the e7+ as my ball flight is quite high anyway and it may be useful for those windy conditions.

I don't believe that it is any longer, but yes it does spin less. Gives adequate spin on wedge shots, but driver spin is very low. For me that's ideal, since it keeps destructive side (fade) spin down. This ball and the Nike One Platinum are my favourite balls for being straightest with the driver. The Wilson Staff DX2 is good too, but not as long and doesn't feel quite as good to putt with as the E6+ and One Platinum.

Without trying to trash this thread has anyone had a go with the bridgestone B330-RX ball ? it does sound good and it should be better for the most golfers because it is designed for slower swing speed and lets face it not many on here has tour pro's clubhead speed , seen some on the bay but not sure about online places .
