hiya all
im looking to buy a golf bag by ogio theres a load on ebay for sale by rockbottom golf. any one no if they have a werehouse within europe like the florada golf guy as i dont want to get stung on taxes?

hmmmm i dont suppose you have any idea of the cost of shipping and import taxes for a 10" bag do you ???

Hmm, I buy quite a bit of stuff from the states and it really depends.

If being sent through normal postal sources then you have VAT at 17.5% plus normally a Royal Mail handling charge which seems to be anything they like, I would allow at least 30% for all fees combined but it may come in anywhere between 20-30%.

If its sent by a courier then you may only have to pay 17.5% but you need to check with the courier first.

As to post and packing if you scroll down their advert(!) it is $119.99 which roughly is £60 but it varies by the minute.

I bought 2 fat shaft wedges from rock bottom.

They are delivered by UPS.

I got a great deal until the lovely chaps in customs got there claws out.

I had to pay an extra £27 on delivery!!!!
