Finally got my Hawkeye VFT 3-Wood and it's brilliant!!

I played up at my dads course in Northumberland (Goswick links) and they had one in the pro shop. I was only taking it out for a trial, but by the end of the round I just had to have it. My distance has always let me down, but no more. I was thro the green of 190yard par 3 and almost eagled a par 5 - 2 x 3-woods left me just short of the green, a chip that missed by 2inches and tapped in for birdie. Sold to Miss Cooper.

I got a really good deal too. The price tag was £349 but the pro said the prices are just about to come town to £295 so he'd let me have it for that. I was hitting it 40yards past my Steelhead Plus Driver, so I traded that in and we shook on £180 with half a doz CB1's chucked in for good measure. Bargain.
