I am currently using the Ping B60i putter, which I've lost confidence in. Can anyone recommend a good putter, I prefer the mallet style putter.

I like the Taylor Made Nubbins. Seems to send the ball off on a nice smooth roll. Sadly I've developed the yips while using it, but I don't think that is the putter's fault. I've changed my putting grip and that seems ok.

What about the weird looking odyssey one like in the top right of the screen?

The yips

You big poof Alex. I thought that only people who were good at golf got that. :)

I'm still dreaming of a Scotty Cameron Laguna.

And it's not the yips Alex - just a pull left.

Tried the TaylorMade Rossa recently and the Yes! C-Groove both of which create good feel off the face and am currently trying to get to grips with the Odyssey 2-ball, which seems to perform better on pacy greens.
Also persevering with the Chris DiMarco claw grip technique when holding the putter - but that's another story!

I like the Odyssey white hot putters. Give a really nice feel off the face and seems to roll really well. I know Odyssey do a mallet style in their range.

Yips - not just for good golfers Alex, clearly.
Just goes to show how little you know pal.

Having said that Alex, you're not the first one who's suggested to me that the yips are the preserve of professional golfers. Sadly it's not the case. Mine have come from nowhere, and even occur if I'm making a putt of sinkable length on a practice green.
My point is that it's not pressure that causes it. Even if I don't care if I miss the putt it still happens. Have totally changed my putting grip which has solved the problem, but I'd love to know what causes it.

In case anyone was wondering, it manifests itself in the form of an involuntary jerk (very slight) in my right wrist, when moving the putter forwards to strike the ball.

George - sorry, seem to be getting off your point a bit here.

Careful talking about jerking with the right wrist Alex - the Americans contributing to the site may get the wrong idea.

Alan, Not a chance. Still holding my own.

Cheers for some of your thoughts!!!
I might give the C-Groove a try, I might also try out the Never Compromise.
