Just Bought some along with a Bigger Order... They are 3 Sets of Bristles similar to a Brush Tee but the good thing is you Attach them to a regular Wooden Tee.. if the tee breaks you just replace the Wooden tee... Gonna Be trying them tonight.. Apparently they Give Longer, Straighter Shots... We'll See!

 How much are they Paul?
I love the brush tees but at £5 for 3 they are a Bambi.

Call me a cynic, but I've always doubted some of those claims about tees that make you drive further.
One thing is guaranteed, it will open you up to some sledging on the first tee.

 Ahh but these work !
after using them for just one round I found I had gained 5 stone in weight, had a fight in the car park with an OAP and even blew a months wages gambling in 10 minutes!
;0) only joking Mr.Daily (he's a big guy you know)
To be honest as Topper said most claims for tees are pretty faulse, I find myself mainly using broken long tees that the slice pixies leave for me on the course, works for me as I tee my ball low :0)
|
 |
 These slice pixies...
Are they similar to the Top-Flite pixies that leave the balls in the rough...
Or are they the same...?
|
 |
Ahh not quite Your thinking of the 'naff ball Gnomes' little ugly green 4 inch height hackers that play and scamper about at night and plant newish looking but cheap and nasty balls near your badly sliced drive for the next day, there's evidence of this dastardly foes work in every tuft of long grass, clump of trees and even hollow logs.
I'm embarking soon on a expedition to catch one and study it before trying to retrain it into finding mint pro V's, once this problem is solved I will start breeding them and make a million selling them as golfers accessories.
But before I get rich I'll require sponsorship due to the terrible cost of staying up all night wondering about on a golf course without strong alcohol.
All donations via my e-mail, or cheques marked c.a.s.h ;0)

Im always wary of anything that is supposed to give better results if they pros dont use them.
If these tees or anything esle for that matter added 5 yards on a drive or kept them straighter then surely even Tiger would use them?
Maybe im just being picky, i do love JD tho and im certainly not having a pop at him.

 |
Sounds like another marketing gimmick to rustle even more money from the unsuspecting public.
|
 |
It Sounds Pretty Good, ive been reading the back of the packet and there is some theory behind why they go longer and straighter...Not got the packet at work here so i wont go into it.. Anyway John Daly uses them and he`s a Good enough Pro in my Book!
Paul.

Rip Tips are similar to brush tees, but they clip on to a wooden tee, allowing you to adjust the height. “They’re Longer than Long” - Rip Tips tested up to 10 yards longer and straighter than standard wooden tees!
One pack contains 5 reusable rip tips
£3.99 for the Pack of 5

At the moment, John Daly's got more sponsors than the London to Brighton bike ride. I'm not casting any doubt on the quality of the tees but Daly's backing is not what I'd look for as a recommendation to try something new - the fact that he has a few ex-wives to maintain might have something to do with his signature on the product.
However, anyone who wrote a country and western song called 'All my ex's wear Rolexes' and is sponsored by Hooters is alright by me.

LOL @ Richard. Very funny. :)

Found them to be excellent but i found the T height to be way too high with the regular Wooden tees.. the good new is they will Fit any Tees that i own.. On the whole i found them to be Excellent!!
Will Continue to use them for the time being, Ive had enough of looking for my Lift tees after every Drive!!
Paul.

 |
I love my Lift Tees but really hate not being able to see them on the grass after every drive. Don't mind losing the odd one but when they cost £5 a packet of 8 plus £5 postage I hate to lose them too often!

I did try the Crown lift tees,
To be honest I never noticed any gain in distance ect and they where so hard and pointed at the ends they could give you a nasty accident when keeping a few in your pocket, I got one right under my finger nail (it really hurt) pulling one out on the tee box. Because the plastic is so hard I also found myself searching for the dran things after every drive, they could end up anywhere in a 20 yard radius due to the hard plastic pinging them out of the ground after impact.
For the money they just don't cut it as they are 3 times the price of normal tees, sure they last longer but are easier to loose and also make it dificult to carry them in your pockets due to the sharpend tips.
I'll stick with one hit 'oh it's broken so I don't have to pick it up' broke cheap wooden ones thanks.

Pricey, pricey.
Paid £2.50 for each pack of 8.

 |
 Where?
|
 |
LOL at..... all of you for paying such crazy money for some tee's :-) I agree with slice - if they added anything to your drives the pro's would use them.
|
 |
 some pros do use em
