Hi all, im a keen golfer and ive been interested in the origins of golf for many years. I've done alot of research on the subject and it fascinates me. i never found a website on the topic dedicated to golfs history so i thought.. what the hey, i'll set one up!! Thats when i created history of golf.co.uk! Please have a look

Its very new and i will be adding more information as i find it, have a look. Is there anyone who knows alot about the topic of which i could add to the website? Please let me know! Ive also included abit of history on the Caddie and the all important Golf Cart!! can't miss those ones out!

Boy , it pi$$es me off when people claim others work as there own. There are plenty of "History of GOlf" sites out there, some of which you've plagiarised (happy to post links if you'd like me too). Excellent use of CTRL-C and CTRL-V btw.

I am not claiming all the information collected on my site as my own, not at all. My aim was/is to gather all the info i can get on the subject and put it in a digestable, resourceful format. Thanks for the links i have already reviewed those before. Other sites that have a history of golf on them are pretty much sub pages.. by which i mean the 'history of golf' is not the primary focus of the website. My site is   i have a real interest in the topic and want it to be about nothing else! My mission continues...
