After a few good months my dreaded put the ball to the right has returned, everything was fine this morning on the first tube of balls, after that lost 5 balls because of this & felt pain in both my arms just behind my elbows like I had jarred them & I can't see anything Ive changed in my swing, time for another lesson.

Total guess but on the limited information you have given. could you be throwing it out there causing an out to in path and putting more strain on your arms?
