Im looking for a Nike Sumo 460 10.5* Reg shaft.

I was in New York last week and saw one with the stock shaft and a Proforce V2 shaft both for £100 but didint want to ship back and pay tax. Seeing I can get a new one for £100 in the States ive been looking for one over here. Not sure about eBay as there are a few fakes and people relisting the club after buying it. GolfBidder is expensive! used clubs for £120+ but none of the big retailers stock it as its last years model.

Anyone know were I can get one for under £110.

Also is the Proforce V2 anybetter than the stock shaft?

Thanks Sam

Is the ProForce V2 any better than the stock shaft???

Not if the stock shaft suits your swing it isnt!!!

I personally detest the V2 finding it devoid of feel and responsiveness.

Others I know love it.

Horses for courses really.

More a case of British prices v's American prices Sam.

Why ship it back and pay tax? Just bring it with you. "Gifts" aren't taxable and nobody is bothered anyway, I do it every year just about.

If you bring it back yourself you'll probably be OK.  If you ship it back you'll get caught by import tax and VAT.   US and UK prices are all relative to the buyer and disposable income in the native currency.  £100 might sound cheap to you but the Americans equally detest paying $200 for it.

If I realised the difference and my Dad wastn so stubborn about the tex I would of used it today and possibly had a better chance of winning my match that was lost due to my driving.

Thanks for advice will use it next time!
