Not bad! Basically, I'd work on improving my posture. You seem to be very close to the ball and sort of standing up and slouching at the same time. Try to feel a little more dynamic at address. The other major issue is you seem to straighten your right leg going back.
What's your bad shot? What are you shooting? It's a pretty good action tho for someone so new to the game. Had lessons?
Makes sense. Golf is ALL about fundamentals. The best advice is to ignore well meaning advice and tips in gold magazines and work on improving your fundamentals. Get a good grip, make sure your posture and set-up is solid and your your takeaway is quiet. You take the club back quite nicely on plane, but have to get those legs working beter. Too loose at the mo.
If you work on fundamentals and then focus on swinging in balance you're on the right path. Then it's all about the short game.
