Is there a website or location that lists what 14 clubs the pro golfers choose to carry?

But bear in mind, what the top pros use you cant buy.   They might look the same, but they arent!

And the pros will change round by round whats in the bag (number of woods, wedges, type of putter etc)

That's an interesting statement, could you expand upon it to give everyone the full story and benefit of your knowledge?

Apart from the fact that say an iron club-be it Mizuno, Titleist, Callaway etc might LOOK the same as that displayed at a golf retail outlet all sorts of items might be different.: swingweight, sharpness of leading edge, type of grip, different shaft with different stiffness and kickpoint, stronger/weaker lofts etc.

At every tournament on the European Tour for example there are large motor "caravans" owned and operated by the leading golf companies with master clubmakers/fitters in charge who look after their staff players. On board they will have a computerised print-out of the exact current specification for the players' irons, driver, fairway woods and/or utility woods, wedges(including lofts, degrees of bounce) and his putter and the caravan will have every conceivable piece of equipment e.g a loft and lie machine, a face grinder etc plus literally hundreds of wood shafts in case a player wants a driver with a different type/make of shaft with different feel or launch characteristics.

I could go on but I' hope that the above helps?

So basically they are the same stock, but pro's have them customised in far more ways than a standard club for us mortals is?

I understand that there is one player in world golf who actually has his irons specially ground and grooved by the master clubmaker employed by the golf company whose clubs this player uses and which he represents. The Company is Nike and the player,of course, is Tiger Woods

No - they are not stock clubs altered to fit the player. They are forged by specialist forging houses to much much tighter tolerances than stock clubs. Drivers are also very different, internal weighting will be different, as well as face angle etc. They will be made to much tighter tolerances also and from better raw materials. For drivers they will be right on COR value to get the max out of them. In short, they are totally doifferent. It is not true though to say you cannot buy the stuff, you can but just not from the OEMs. Go to www.bombsquadgolf.com for more in depth detail.
