Recently added a 16 degree Taylor Made rescue dual to my bag which I thought might replace my 3 wood but have found it to come up a bit short in distance would a 14 degree be a better choice just wondered if anyone used one instead of a 3 wood

Jack

A few years back I bought a TM 16* dual and left out my firesole 3 wood. There wasn't much loss of distance and it was easier to use. However I got fed up with the left to right ball flight I was getting, so this year I've bought myself a Ping G10 3 wood which goes further and straighter than either of the other two. I use it at least as much as my driver and it's been worth every penny.
