Direct golf... buy clubs ?

Hi just woundering if anyone knows if direct golf buy clubs at there stores ?? i need to sell my 3 wood and thinkin i could go to there solihull store and chop it in so i can buy a taylormade burner hybrid hmmm

yeah they do do part ex, and im pretty sure they do buy, i was in there a while back and a guy came in and wanted to sell a pristine callaway Fti and they said £100, he was like no thanks.

 still better than cash converters, proberly have offered him £7

Whats it selling for on their website now Andy? I recon take that price then half it. I part exchanged a practically new driver earlier this year for £40. The next day it was on sale for £80. Just goes to show what sort of mark up they make.

to be honest, flog it on fleabay - set a reserve / get a mate to bid to a price, and roberts your mother's brother................

Not that i would condone shill bidding of anytype whatsoever......

arrr just checked and there now selling them at members price for £60... looks like im gunna get blasted with a £30 offer

probably less than that. They will have to add vat twice (for purchase & sale) then add a profit on. £20 at best

They'll generally work it out via that Golf Bidder website. They'll look at what it sells for on there, halve it and probably knock a few quid off that aswell.

Not that I agree with shill bidding, but how are people getting scammed?  You bid the max you want to spend and that is it, if it goes for that amount or less you win and that is that.

Personally I hope ebay go down the pan as I hate the place
