I do not currently have a three wood in the bag, but am now considering one to fill the gap between my driver and three iron.  I have a very fast swing and the ball goes a long way when hit properly. What three woods would you suggest I look at, that have a big head and are forgiving rather tahn long ? Thanks

I can only vouch for Titelist 17deg fairway wood (went like stink) - VSteel and a cobra fspeed 3w (very forgiving off the deck &  long) all that I have owned and lent and not got back at some point. Good hunting!

Have a look at an Adams Insight XTD, it is designed to play more like a hybrid so is very easy to hit. Mine has been a revelation.

Chip - I have the Adams Insight 5 wood and find it long and very forgiving.

Adams BUL is an easy club. Large head with wide "wrap-around" face.

I also found the Geek DCT nice and easy to hit. Used mine as my driver too for a while.
