Kenny Perry will win. He will complete the list of 2008 walking wounded Major winners, having scratched a cornea taking a contact lens out the other day.

Well I'v gone with Stewart Cink (cause he can putt) Westy (cause he's on form and is the best driver/iron player there) Snedicker (cause I fancied an outside bet) Probably £20 down the drain as usual And to answer it, Kenny Perry will not win, got no chance

I can't for the life of me remember who won the Masters, and what was wrong with them...
Kenny Perry has withdrawn due to his injury, I hope you didn't bet too much on him
Immelman had had a tumour removed, not sure where from. And also IIRC he injured his elbow shortly after winning.
No, not elbow, he was just ill, apparently. And the tumour was on his ribs.
sergio! he is getting his putting together again, or Harrington who will battle to the end while pulling his funny faces.
i also backed hunter mahan, who was dead last when i looked last. i am such a dufus.
Could be worse, you could have backed nick Dougherty. 17 over when i last looked.

Can't believe it. I broke my toe a few weeks ago on the Wednesday, and hobbled round my course on the Sunday in the monthly medal because I'd signed up. Not quite in Tiger's league of course, but manful I thought. Even managed to play in the buffer zone. Why can't Perry just wear an eyepatch and "have a go" with one good eye? Its not like he's going to worsen the damage by playing is it?!!! What a puff!!!!
Dougherty has avoided being the worst Tour Pro, thanks to our old pal Monty, who pulled off a glorious run of bogey-bogey-doublebogey-bogey-bogey-bogey-doublebogey-bogey on his way to +14 today, +20 overall Mind you, Mahan's still out there, +17 with 3 to play. It could yet be tight

I'm wary of mentioning my final bet - Ian Poulter each way. I'd love to see Sergio come through here.
If Justin or Poults don't win, come on Jeev, I say! Imagine what that would do for golf in the Far East. Did some instruction articles with him at Wentworth a few years back and he's a lovely, gentle and polite man. Very unorthodox but a great, instinctive putter and the kind of golfer all us club players can aspire to.
Justin - then Sergio - then Jeev. That's my emotional pick. To see Jeev win would be great, not just for golf in the developing countires but also to see an unorthodox swing succeed would be great. Oh the irony - yesterday Sergio (the master driver crap putter) had the worst driving stats and BEST putting stats. Unbelievable
