I'm hitting the sofa now with a blanket and hot water bottle as I'm definitely going downhill fast , I refuse to go back to bed as I want to get warm and just sleep and sleep , not enough room for two on the sofa so I'm safe from retalliation although whiffy has been known to try gassing in passing.

 Crummy weather here but day is sorted. Wifey has loads to do so, moi, just off to clean bag and clubs and then off to do a little experiment on a club. Do love to phaff about. Yesterday, I picked up, hopefully, a replacement for that 3 wood that gave up the ghost several weeks ago. Mint condition Powerbilt thingymebob. Cost a fortune - In a charity shop for the vast sum of  200pence.

I havent been round much lately cos i cant get near the pooter, the wife is doing a load of stuff for a book company and its quite a tight deadline.

I dont know wether it is me coming off my medication but today i didnt wake up till 11 and was having crazy dreams, and yesterday wasnt much better

A last minute phone call from Tim looks like i will be slipping in 18 at Wildwood tomorrow afternoon, I think im working too hard

Afternoon all, Busy Day sor me so far! now Im Just Preparing to go to Work,

I took My wife to Hatfield House this morning for a 10K Cross country race in aid of the RNLI she just failed to break the 60 mins mark by 19 secs mind you in those conditions it was great just to finish.

Jahmoo, Its good to see you back amongst the living! Take it easy mate don't over do it! I hope you feel up to making the Golf at Cambridge, You still got 14 days more rest!

Quite pleased with myself as I managed to break 90 after a few weeks with no golf, shot 87, including another eagle (on the 27th). Few awful holes, a 7 on a par 3, shanked a 6 iron into a pond, topped the "drop" usual stuff. Good thing was that the putting held up, thank you, Scotty!

Still, lots of good things to think back on!

I need to put together some flights for next year, can someone fill me in with dates of proposed events, (I do know the date of the Barton do), but can't find the dates for any others.

If anyone else managed to play today, hope they had as much fun (& San Mig) as I did.
