I am no expert so take my advice with a touch of sceptiscism.
Your right leg straightens on the back swing. This is not a good habit to get into.
The thing that really stands out for me is on the down the line shot, on your back swing your hands just go straight back along the target line. Surely they should be coming inside the target line on the backswing.
Like I said I am no expert and I cannot put it into words, I am sure one of the more articulate guys will help you out.
I quite like it. Nice and short and simple. Good posture and stuff.
I bet you hit a lot of shots to the right though. Your short swing has caused you to go after the ball and pull across it with a resultant cut spin.
Just try getting the feeling of throwing your hands out slightly to the right of target, it'll square the clubface up and you'll start hitting with draw spin or neutral.
