ive played golf since i was 16 and im 20 now. and in my opinion the questions ur asking in these forums point to someone who know very little or is new to golf. and i would say most people would agree with me, questions like.

where would you say is the best place to have the british open next year??

i would say it should be St.Andrews (old course) because its just the perfect atmosphere, i went there a few years ago, and its sooo good, i hope they have it there next year!!

a question like where do u think the best place the open is played at would be. ?

1.u dont know where the open is being played at.

2. u dont understand the open follows a schedule. which is decided years ahead.infact 2012 has just been decided.

3. and they play the open at st.andrews almost every 5 years.

please see http://www.opengolf.com/history/futurevenues.sps

this is just one of the recent daft questions uve asked. aswell as because im off scratch i should play for england and scotland. ehm no.!

Teepeg, This is NOT a criticism but you really DO need to get your spelling and gramma correct on your Uni applications If there is just 1 spelling mistake they Will Not entertain it.

They are very strict on Scholarships to Non-us citizens as there are too many good U.S players challenging for these places, And Priority is always given to homegrown talent!

My cousin from Ireland, applied to Berkley 2 years ago and was sucessful but turned THEM down as he was also offered a place at Queens in Belfast and took that instead (the bloody fool)!

my parents are american so i dont personally need a visa, i might need one if i stay over 5 years though apparently. By the way my spelling ang grammar is perfect on my Curriculum vitae and appilcation form to all the Uni's so no need to worry

By the way my golf swing is now sorted, my nine o'clock position is perfect, and i went in a competition yesterday and im off  0.6 now woo!!

i'll post some videos when it eventually stops raining today
