At the beginning of june i subscribed to Todays Golfer and Golf World.
I needed some new golf balls as i was taking part in the 72 hole Macmillan golf charity day.
Unfortunatley nearly 3 months on, and 3 magazines later, i have not received any golf balls.
After numerous phone calls i have been promised they will arrive in the next 28 days (nearly 90 days late).
That was 20 days ago and still nothing.
Has anyone else had any similar expeiriences, and if so, did they ever receive there golf balls?

Yes, I subscribed to GW in July - the golf balls (Srixon AD233's) arrived after a few days without any problem.

I suscribed to T.G last year in March. After numerous phone calls I received my balls in October. 7 months later. I don't think I'd have got them if I hadn't kept phoning them.

Useful thread Nick, I was going to take out the sub with Golf World as I play Srixon AD333s but as I can by them locally for £17.00 a dozen, I will save myself the cost of the magazine !!

I subscribed to TG in April and Golf World in June and got my balls within two weeks. Maybe you were just a tad unlucky?

Hi Bill, you are right, but it shouldn't be lucky to get the FREE balls, any problem is a problem, and it isn't good enough obviously.

Phil, do these offers apply to Irish residents, and if so, what are the price differences in postage etc for the magazine subscription, and what, if any, is the delay in receiving the mag each month?

If you go to www.greatmagazines.co.uk you can look at our offers which often are for outside UK. There is a delay outside UK due it going through a central european mail handler. Thanks, Phil.
