I am so pleased with my new Tisi Driver
11 degrees that I am considering buying the 3 and the 5 (it feels like I am cheating, almost). I like the look of the titanium heads, they are bigger for starters and if they are anything like the driver will be very happy with them.
I haven't tested one yet for some reason the shops don't seem to want to sell them. They are keen to show me the steel head, "that's all you need mate" and all that. Admitedly they are twice the price so I'm not surprised with the response. I have a regular shaft with a RUD setting (to assist a draw)in the driver. Asking the shop assistants I get a similar response, "You don't need RUD, because of the loft of the 3/5". If I want to get draw then I take all the help I can get thanks, so why try to talk me out of it when I have it on the driver ?

Its a confidence thing....if you like the Ping 3 and 5 woods, go for them...personally, I like them too, especially the 3-wood, it goes like stink!

It is up to you what to go for, but my advice would be go for the Pings if you like them, that is where you will get confidence.

Other alternatives apart from Callaways are the new taylor Made fairway woods, they will be out next year, January time. Worth waiting for I assure you.

Also, the Mizuno fairway woods and the Titleists are also a great club.
