Which is the best driver to cure a slice.

Something that has offset ie Cobra etc

Drivers are the devils children!!

If you are currently playing with something around 9 degree buy something around 11 to 12 degree. More loft means less side spin.
It wont cure a slice but will make the slice less pronounced.

No driver will actually cure a slice it wil just make it less pronounce and having offset is generally reckoned to help.

Money spent on lessons is better in the long run.

To be pedantic, none of them "cure" a slice. An offset one can help if your slice is due to leaving the face open, but it won't if your swing path is way out.

I agree wit BT@home - no driver can cure a slice but it can help to reduce ths chances or severity of the slice. For a cure - you need to go to a pro for some lessons.
John : why don't you get a pro to advise then negotiate a free lesson if you buy the driver from him/her.

Lessons for an in to out swing path are the cure. With better technique, an offset club may help but you may start to hook the ball - offset will help compensate but will not help to cure. What about a club with a stiffer shaft to help prevent 'leaving the club behind' in the swing due to the flexibility of the regual shaft?

Ive just gone to a stiff shaft and have certainly found it to be straighter.

Stiffer shaft will not cure a slice. Prevailing view is that it actually makes it worse.
Aces - have you kept the same model of shaft? (i.e. only the flex is different)
Could be that the change in weight/length/flex-point etc is what is amking the difference.
