Hi guyz, I'm in the market for a new golf trolley, anyone got any good experience of a good 3 wheeler ?

Whatever you do, don't get a friggin Powakaddy, they are bloody useless, sold by an even more useless company.

Try the GoKart, at least if the thing did do wrong you would get a replacement no quibble from them overnight, as opposed to going 4 weeks without one which Powakaddy thing fair and reasonable on a 3 month old trolley.

Dundee,

search for GoKart. You will find some reviews and feedback on their product.

I am a GoKart owner and I would highly recommend their trolley. Well designed, light and a customer service attitude that is simply out of this world.

My trolley recently had a slight noise change from the gearbox. Nothing which really concerned me but I thought I would email them just to check. They insisted on picking it up and loaning me a spare while it is inspected and repaired if necessary.

Compare that to Creo's experience of PowaKaddy customer service and it is a no brainer. Also the GoKart is £200 new and delivered. Most of the alternatives start at around £300.

Another vote for the GoKart. Superb trolley and faultless service since I purchased. The company really are a pleasure to deal with.

I go with Creo and Pengwyn here, I'm a Gokart owner too and can't recomend the product and the people highly enough. Customer service second to none.

Dundee, if you are talking about manual trolleys then ignore the guys above! I have just bought a PK Twinline 3 and it is superb and only £70.

Had a MOCAD for 2 years, thought it was fine, then it just stopped, and never ran again.

I looked around and plumped for a Greenhill. They are made in Leyburn North Yorkshire and I can say it is really solid, folds up neatly and has not given me any trouble.

Doesn't matter which company you buy, just make sure you don't buy a Friday afternoon one like Creo did.  I know loads of people with Powakaddies who have not had any problem at all, including myself.

If they were as bad as people say, they would have been out of business long ago.  Good marketing cannot cover up for a dodgy product in today's internet savvy market.

There are cheaper alternatives which are just as good though.

Ive got the Powakaddy twinline 2 ( 2 wheels ) as i didnt want the hassle of the break on slopes etc.

They claim that pulling a trolley is bad for your back, never had that problem as mine is loaded sensibly and im tall and strong enough to pull it.

Quality is great and fully adjustable for bag height and girth etc

After experimenting i have now cured the twisting bag issue as well

the powakaddy twinline push trolley is superb strong so easy to put up/drop

perfect

Tesco sell manual trolleys for about £10 each. They look as though they'll do the job and don't look as though they'll fall to pieces in too great a hurry. Definitely worth a look.
