When the head on the 3-wood of top woman golfer Suzann Pettersen came loose during a round, TaylorMade engineers were there in minutes to fix it. What on-course breakages have you suffered? ED

I broke somebody's BMW in a golf course car park. Does that count ??

I broke my heart after missing a putt of just 9 inches on the 17th and coming in second during the last medal.

wood

putter

buggy

Came close to breaking my back, once damn rabbit holes, put me out of commision for 8 weeks.

Funniest one I have seen is my mate who nearly won the nearest the pin comp on a very short par 3 with his wedge head.
