I'm certain many of us weekend swipers & slashers who swing at the ball with all the ferocity we can muster with something akin to clubbing a seal pup to death would do well to knock the speed of things down to less than a blur and have a mental image of Annikas' rhythm & timing when we tee-off ...

this becomes really evident when you go to a womans tournament and see this woman strike the ball  --  minimal looking effort , maximum gain  --  I'm sure if some 9 or 10st woman can drive the ball 250~260 yards making it look so easy then maybe many of us could too - ?
